Progress hasn’t been as dramatic this week, the early steps were more visually interesting. Now there are some very fine details being sorted out. Still important stuff though! Like: All the detached pieces (doors and hatch) are almost ready for paint! New fridge. It was a hard decision and yet an easy choice. The 30+ […]

Top Down Approach
The body work will start soon but in the meanwhile parts that have been taken off are being repaired, cleaned and prepared for fresh paint. And in the case of the fiberglass top it includes up to final coats. They’ll get stored away until assembly time. And here’s a sneak preview (before and after).
Willis and White Thought Leadership
Friends on Facebook would have seen a photo or two from this event, it was a delightful evening and one I’m sure Kayla will treasure for the rest of her life so I’m thrilled to have been a part of it. I took and posted a photo or two, I think this piece does a […]
Pens – Hand-held Elegance
Last weekend was the Scriptus Toronto Pen & Writing Show, something I didn’t even know about until a week before it was scheduled to happen. I’ve enjoyed nice pens for years and continue to appreciate them. Andrea does too so it was easy for us to make a plan to go. And it was great […]
#Induction2015
Getting down to the last few events on my photography calendar, with the Canadian cyclo-cross championships this weekend being the expected finale. That will be a trip to Winnipeg for a few days and should prove to be both fun and exciting. Here’s a shot from last year’s event. Today’s excitement wasn’t on my calendar […]
Back to Quebec for the 2015 GPCQM
It feel like I just left Quebec and here I am back in la belle province again! It’s been close to two months though, with lots happening in between. And yes, I know I still need to write up my Colorado trip report. And my MSA 25th. Now I can add my Shelter Valley blog […]

Skipping ahead to SVFF 2015
I know I’m behind with my blog and I hope to get caught up soon with tales and photos of the trip to Leadville. I stepped out of the camper just now to see this and thought it was worth posting… The only lens I have with me is a 2.8 40mm “pancake” and I […]
25 Years of MTB History
I’ve been working on this for a year and it’s finally gone live today! Have a look and let me know what you think! The interviews were done during and after the 24th edition of the Mont-Sainte-Anne World Cup while the photos are an assortment of recent (mine) and historical (Tom Moran for the most […]

TO2015 Pan Am Games are on!
Well, it’s happening! The city is struggling to figure out what hosting a major games means and it will certainly be quite an adventure. I went down to the “MMC” (all of the venues have an abbreviated code, this one is for the Main Media Center) to get my credentials validated and pick up my […]
